As the photographer and videographer for the New Year’s Eve event at L’Érabliere La Goudrelle in Mont Saint-Gregoire, Quebec, I had the exciting opportunity to capture the celebration on video and photo. The event featured a diverse range of music, with songs spanning from the 1950s to today in both French and English. It was an opportunity to relive the cabaret and bring back the powerful, real sound of live performance with dancing and singing.
The event featured three talented singers: Anne-Marie Taylor, Jordan Marchand, and Jacques Vallée. Backed by a team of talented artists, including back vocalist and dancers Chloe Hart, Charleyne Bachraty, Sabrika Leduc, Guylaine Maheu, and Cheryl Williams, the stage was set for a dynamic and memorable performance.
Despite the challenges of filming in a crowded and lively environment, I was able to get some great shots of the singers and dancers, as well as the festive atmosphere of the event.
Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience to be the videographer and photographer for this New Year’s Eve celebration. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to capture such a special moment in time, and I can’t wait to capture many more exciting events to come in the future!
