Every Friday night, a DJ plays techno music at a park that’s 2 minutes away from where I live, on Duluth Stree, Le Plateau, Montreal.
It’s part of the summer activities promoted by the city. It’s called Vélo Pop-up Culture MTL.
On Weekends, Duluth street is closed for automobiles and it’s converted into a pedestrian-only street. Restaurants expand their terraces and many artist and musicians display their wares. It’s a paradise for residents of the community.
Here are a few photos I took on the night of August 20, 2021.
