A business dinner is a wonderful opportunity to get to know the people you work with, the people who share similar objectives, similar goals. You do business with people who you know, like, and trust, and when you have dinner together you get to know each other better, you get to like each other and you build that trust.
On this opportunity, the host decided to go to UMÉ Japanese restaurant in Little Italy, Montreal.
UMÉ Japanese restaurant is family own, where the husband does most of the cooking and the wife does the waitressing. The service was extraordinary, but also the food.
Maybe on the negative side, for my taste, is that the music was a bit too high, but this is just my taste. I know that other people like ambiance music, a little bit high.
Overall, I give it 4.5 stars. I went as a photographer and I was treated as part of the family. The owners are very kind. If I was a waiter or a cook, I think I would like to work there.
