Capturing Precious Moments: A Joyful Baptism Celebration

Alain Guillot from Alain Photography had the honor of photographing the baptism of a beautiful one-year-old girl from a warm and welcoming Filipino family. The event took place at the serene Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, nestled in the borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Montreal.

The baptism was an intimate and heartfelt service attended by close family and friends, about 20 in total. The atmosphere in the church was filled with love and blessings as the family celebrated this significant milestone in the child’s life.

Following the service, the celebration continued at Kalapaw, a beloved Filipino restaurant also in Pierrefonds-Roxboro. Around 60 guests gathered to enjoy traditional Filipino dishes, surrounded by laughter, lively conversation, and the joyful energy of many children. The event was a wonderful blend of delicious food, cultural tradition, and genuine camaraderie.

Alain worked to capture candid moments, from the touching ceremony to the vibrant gathering at the restaurant. The photos were delivered promptly the next day, delighting the family and guests, who were thrilled to relive the special moments through the images.

This baptism was a heartwarming reminder of the importance of family, culture, and shared joy. Alain Photography is grateful to have been part of such a meaningful celebration, preserving these memories for the family to cherish forever.
