- Go to Filter > Liquify
- On Brush Tool Option Size 125, Density 27, Pressure 22
- Push in the side of his t-shirt that it’s sticking out, and push out the part of his t-shirt that it’s sticking in
- The take the Spot Healing Tool to take away the shirt wrinkles
